My Second Garage is founded by T2K Enterprises Inc, a Winnipeg based real estate developer specializing in development of commercial, industrial and storage properties. Our pilot facility opened as of December 13, 2022 at 105 Progress Way in Oak Bluff, Manitoba. It was designed with your lifestyle storage needs in mind, providing peace of mind storage solutions from our harsh Winnipeg winters. My Second Garage was funded in part from Efficiency Manitoba’s Innovation fund, and tested out a brand new proprietary insulation system from Manitoba’s own, Quik-Therm Insulation Solutions. The building was energy modelled at 42% above National Energy code for Canadian Buildings (NECB), making it one of the greenest commercial buildings in Canada.
